How to use Jetboard?

Get ready to discover a new way of enjoying the sea. Whether it’s your first time or you’re looking for something exciting to try, Jetboarding brings together fun, movement, and a touch of adrenaline in one unique experience.

This page is designed to guide you through the basics of riding a Jetboard in a simple and clear way. Jetboards are easy to use and suitable for beginners, allowing you to quickly gain confidence on the water.

Our team consists of trained professionals who are here to support you every step of the way. During your rental, we offer a short introduction and optional guidance, so you can learn how to ride safely and enjoy the experience from the very beginning.

Take your time, follow the guide, and most importantly—enjoy the ride.

Time to learn

Riding a Jetboard is easier than it looks—and a lot more fun than you expect. The average time for a beginner to learn how to ride is approximately one to two hours of actual riding time. The board is 170 cm long, giving you great stability, and can reach speeds of up to 30 km/h, perfect for both beginners and those looking for a bit of adrenaline. Wearing proper safety equipment is an essential part of every Jetboard ride. A life jacket must be worn at all times, as it provides buoyancy and added protection while you are in the water

Water start

Start in the water by holding both front handles firmly. Use the controller to gently accelerate—the key is to go slow at the beginning. As the board starts moving forward, bring yourself onto your knees while keeping your balance steady. Once you feel comfortable, place your feet into the foot slots at the back of the board and slowly rise into a standing position.

Riding the waves

When you’re up on your feet, keep moving and enjoy the ride. Maintaining momentum is key—if you slow down too much or stop suddenly, you may lose balance and end up in the water (which is all part of the fun).Take it easy, enjoy the process, and before you know it—you’ll be gliding across the sea with confidence.

Don’t worry if it takes a few tries—finding your balance is part of the experience. The most important thing is to stay relaxed and let the board do the work. Small adjustments with your body will help you stay stable as you ride.
